HeartBoxed?

Who we are ~

HeartBoxed is an not-for-profit organization whose goal is to tangibly encourage children and teens requiring extended stays in the hospital.

What we do ~

By creating packages of activities and gifts that are catered to the specific interests of each child or teen, we hope to encourage and raise their spirits during their fights against cancers and diseases.

Who we help ~

Primarily, we help kids undergoing bone marrow transplants, but we also work with other ones who are required to stay in the hospital longer that two weeks or need to make daily trips to hospitals and clinics for treatments.

Groups we work with ~

Since April 2009, we have been honored to be partner with Duke's Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Unit's Family Support. This wonderful team refers families who they feel need extra support and encouragement.

Can we help you?

To refer children you feel meet the target of HeartBoxed, e-mail the child's age and expected duration of hospital stay to: heartboxed4kids@gmail.com.
